Arrival & Intention Setting: We start by getting cozy in a comfortable space—bring your favorite blanket or pillow! I’ll invite you to set a personal intention for the session, whether it’s releasing stress, inviting more peace, or healing a particular area of your life.
The Journey Begins: Once you're relaxed, I guide you through gentle breathing or a short meditation. Then, the sound bath begins—waves of crystal bowl tones, chimes, and gongs surround you, creating a deeply relaxing experience.
Integration & Grounding: At the end of the session, we slowly transition back. I’ll guide you in a grounding exercise, making sure you leave feeling balanced and centered.
