Fifteen years ago, my husband Dan and I made the life-changing decision to get live a sober life.

At the time, I had no idea that one choice would become the first step on a much larger journey of healing, self-discovery, and remembering who I truly was.

What began as a commitment to changing my life became a deeper unraveling of old patterns, beliefs, survival strategies, and versions of myself that had been built around coping, protection, and trying to belong.

That journey led me inward.

Through coaching, personal healing work, spiritual exploration, and profound transformation, I began reconnecting with parts of myself I had long forgotten. Including my lifelong love of crystals, energy, intuition, and the deeper unseen layers of healing.

What I discovered is something I now believe with my whole heart:

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about giving yourself permission to become more of who you’ve always been.

That belief is the foundation of everything I do.

Today, I support people navigating transformation, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and those in-between seasons where life no longer fits the way it once did, but the next version of you hasn’t fully come into focus yet.

My work blends transformational coaching, intuitive guidance, crystal healing, and sound healing to help people reconnect with their own clarity, coherence, and self-trust.

I don’t believe people are broken. I believe many of us learned to disconnect from ourselves in order to survive, belong, perform, or meet expectations that weren't ours.

My work is about helping you come back home to yourself. I bring both lived experience and professional training to this work.

I am a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), an ICF-accredited coaching program.

My healing certifications include Usui Reiki Master Practitioner , Certified Crystal Healing Practitioner through the Evolve Healing Institute (with advanced Transpersonal Crystal Healing studies in progress), and Sound Healing Levels 1 & 2 certification.

I am also an ordained minister through Universal Life Church, reflecting my deep respect for sacred ceremony, transformation, and holding meaningful space for life’s thresholds.

Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen, empowered, calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves after our work together.

That means everything to me.

When I’m not holding space for others, you’ll likely find me with my soulmate Dan, hanging out with our cats Piper and Poe. I may also be wandering through nature, reading, cooking something delicious, working with my crystals, or dreaming up magical new ways to create transformational experiences for my community. ✨💫✨
